Dear Coach: I have felt wonderful since I started the program 2 weeks ago,but today I have hit a wall. I have been very diligent to do the program so what happened. I did several ANTS today trying to undo this – any suggestions?

Ups and downs are part of the full human experience. We can feel discouraged form time to time due to world events, relationship challenges, and as part of our personal self-growth!
As an avenue of curiosity, you might think about any triggers to your feeling of “hitting a wall”–anything change in your life recently? Interactions with others that were hard? Changes in sleep, eating, exercise? It can help to explore what area of the biological-social-psychological-spiritual health that may need some attention, and then give it some. 🙂
Actually Zoe, the hitting a wall is possibly hitting the nail on the head. I have had many health issues in the past that stop me dead in my tracks for pursuing anything. I am going to work on this. also, I have actually had about 3 nights of 7 to 8 hours sleep in the last week and a half – – glorious
Thank you Sally. I have actually had wonderful relief from back pain doing the mediations and my energy level has improved. A tooth that has given me fits if I have anything like a lemon salad dressing has even calmed down – – YEA!
As explained expect the “wall hits” in the beginning, your brain takes time to digest the new experiences, it needs to decifer whether this is a new and lasting experience or just a fleeting thing, it is like building a muscle, work it out, keep it up and see the results over time. You are worth it, so keep it up.
I appreciate your encouragement Raymond – – I was so tired today as I did not sleep the last 2 nights. Because I am trying to move so much during the day as opposed to sleeping I have been eating like a horse. Today I have been at this for 3 weeks. Hoping my energy will soar and sleeping improves.
